Hissing sound from engine after turning off

WebbI did have a look at the engine bay during shutdown, but couldn't see anything wrong. It kind of sounds like plastic hitting something and there is also a hiss before this sound. I tried the fan while the car was running, as I thought it may be hitting something, but no noise at all. Car is only 35 000km old with all its log book services at Kia.

When I plugged up the tube that goes from the valve cover to the TB I was getting a hissing. it was because the intake was sucking air from the PCV and there was no other place for it to get air, so it got it from the dipstick, which made a hissing after I shut the car off.
